What is a Tremor?
A tremor is an involuntary, rhythmic shaking of a part of the body – most commonly the hands, head, voice, or legs. While tremor can be a normal response to anxiety or fatigue, persistent or worsening tremors may be a sign of an underlying neurological condition that requires assessment by a specialist.
